1. Nature of Services
Crafted Web operates as an independent design and development studio providing custom website architecture, UI/UX design, e-commerce development, and web performance optimization.
2. Portfolio & Concept Projects Disclosure
Certain works presented in the Crafted Web portfolio are explicitly identified as independent concept projects created to illustrate technical capabilities and design systems. Such concept projects do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or commercial engagement by any mentioned third-party brand names.
3. Client Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, all custom code, design assets, and content delivered for client engagements become the exclusive property of the client, subject to mutual agreement permitting portfolio inclusion.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
Engagements entered into with Crafted Web are governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
